Terms & Policies

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalty charges. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked services. No-shows also incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the appointment without penalty, but rescheduling more than twice consecutively will result in cancellation. Changes to services within an appointment must be notified 72 hours in advance, or the full booked amount will be charged.

Appointments are subject to cancellation with penalty fees if the client is 20-30 minutes late or later. Being late to two or more consecutive appointments may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

Cancellation, No Show/No Call, Tardiness, & Rescheduling Policy

 All clients are required to place a deposit. New clients will place a $125 deposit prior to their first appointment. Pre-booking clients will place a deposit for their next appointment of . Returning clients will also place a deposit for their upcoming appointment. This deposit will go towards the next appointment. This is equivalent to 1hr of services. The deposit is set in place to secure your appointment date/time.

Every client is required to have an up-to-date card on file. This ensures all clients have a form of payment and are held equally to the policies listed above.

The salon suite is the perfect work environment for clients. You have the flexibility of working remotely while getting your hair done. The salon suite is a private room without the distractions of a busy loud large salon environment. Wifi is available and most importantly Nespresso coffee and other beverages are available.
